- Standard: 99–129 KES for orders under 4000 KES.
- Flat Fee: 149 KES for other deliveries.
- Free Delivery: Available for qualifying shipments.
- Large Items: FREE delivery service.

- How long does delivery take? 48–72 hrs depending on stock.
- Where do you deliver? Most of Kenya, some limited areas.
- Who receives delivery? The ordering customer (for sign-off).
- Urgent delivery? Not available.

Billing Issues
- Double charge or overcharge? Contact customer service.
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on bank.
- Unsuccessful card payments are auto-reversed.
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase (subject to approval).
Complaints
- Product out-of-date or poor quality? Return to store or contact support.
- Electronics support available in-store.
- Refunds: Mpesa = instant, Cards = 5–7 working days.
- Substitutes are only offered if you selected "Allow Substitutes" at checkout.
- Substitute price higher? You're charged the original price.
- You may reject the substitute during delivery.
- Substitution is fully optional.
