Delivery Charges

• Standard: 99–129 KES for orders under 4000 KES.
• Flat Fee: 149 KES for other deliveries.
• Free Delivery: Available for qualifying shipments.
• Large Items: FREE delivery service.

Delivery FAQs

• How long does delivery take? 48–72 hrs depending on stock.
• Where do you deliver? Most of Kenya, some limited areas.
• Who receives delivery? The ordering customer (for sign-off).
• Urgent delivery? Not available.

Billing Issues

• Double charge or overcharge? Contact customer service.
• Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on bank.
• Unsuccessful card payments are auto-reversed.

Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase (subject to approval).

Complaints

• Product out-of-date or poor quality? Return to store or contact support.
• Electronics support available in-store.
• Refunds: Mpesa = instant, Cards = 5–7 working days.

• Substitutes are only offered if you selected "Allow Substitutes" at checkout.
• Substitute price higher? You're charged the original price.
• You may reject the substitute during delivery.
• Substitution is fully optional.
